At Softball Superstore we stand by the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with something purchased from us, you can return the product for a refund or exchange within 30 days, using one of the following methods:
Online Purchases
Return the item to our Warehouse at : 220B Pages Rd (Behind Cowles Stadium), Christchurch 8642
- The item must be in its original unused condition, complete with its original packaging, instruction manuals etc
- Please provide your invoice as it will serve as proof of purchase
In-store Purchases
Return the item to our retail store:
- The item must be in original unused condition, complete with its original packaging, instruction manuals etc
- Please take your receipt with you as it will serve as proof of purchase
- If the item is faulty, it may be sent to a supplier for assessment before a refund or exchange is offered.
All our products are covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act.
